The three-week sprint behind every rebrand

03 WEEKS

A practical look at the decisions, working sessions and design systems that keep a fast identity project focused.

Frame the problem

Speed comes from clarity, not from skipping strategy. The first days are used to agree on the audience, the commercial shift and the few perceptions the new identity must change.

We reduce research into a usable creative frame: what must remain familiar, what can move, and which idea can hold the whole system together.

Build the system in public

Instead of disappearing for a grand reveal, we share a small number of strong directions early. Working sessions make decisions visible and prevent personal taste from becoming the only measure of progress.

Once a direction lands, identity and application develop together. A logo is tested beside a landing page, campaign frame, social post and sales document before it is treated as finished.

Ship something usable

The final week is not a presentation week. It is a production week. We turn the chosen direction into templates, rules and working files that a real team can use without us in the room.

A rebrand succeeds when the next piece of work becomes easier to make. The identity is only complete when it can move consistently across channels.
